Hello, everyone. After wading through hundreds of peer-reviewed studies on everything from blood pressure to sleep quality, I developed the Health Check Score—a simple 1–100 snapshot of your overall well-being. By combining metrics such as body composition, blood pressure, sleep habits, diet, activity levels, and key biomarkers, it provides a clear, single number that you can track at home or in the clinic. Writing the computer code to align with peer-reviewed studies presented many challenges. Give it a try, share your experience, and let’s start a conversation about making health data work for you.

The above Health Score is based on a 1–100 scale to provide a quick snapshot of overall well-being by averaging key metrics, including body composition, blood pressure, sleep, diet, and lifestyle factors. A higher number means you’re closer to ideal targets across these domains: for example, scores above 80 typically reflect strong alignment with healthy ranges, indicating good cardiovascular health, balanced nutrition, regular activity, and quality rest. Scores between 60 and 80 suggest moderate performance—some metrics may be on track while others need attention—so they serve as a helpful prompt to fine-tune diet, exercise, or sleep habits. Anything under 60 indicates more significant deviations from optimal values, highlighting areas where focused lifestyle changes or professional guidance could yield the most important benefit. By tracking your score over time, you can see the impact of positive changes (it should rise) or notice when habits slip (it may fall), making this single number a powerful tool for setting goals and staying motivated on your journey toward better health.
